TERMS AND USE

The B2B will be available to all people that, previous Company authorization, were interested to approach it; a personal key access (login + password) will be sent to every dealer.

Once placed an order on the B2B, the dealer will receive a confirmation from the Company; starting from this confirmation the order will be delivered with BRT courier in a maximum of n.5 working days.

TERMS OF PAYMENT AND PURCHASE

•   361°:

        o   Anticipate Payment discount 3% (it could be cumulated with others discounts);

        o   Payment at 60 days end of the month (needed Company authorization);

        o   Orders superior or equals than € 150,00 (plus VAT) won't be charged of extra shipment costs;

        o   Orders inferior than € 150,00 (plus VAT) will be charged of € 10,00 due to shipment and logistic costs.

•   SPORTSWEAR:

        o   Anticipate payment (previous sending preview invoice; this preview will be active for a maximum of 48 hours (if the payment won't come at

             the end of this period, the order will be automatically re-added in the warehouse availability);

        o   Payment at 60 days end of the month (previous Company authorization);

        o   Orders superior or equals than € 150,00 (plus VAT) won't be charged of extra shipment costs;

        o   Orders inferior than € 150,00 (plus VAT) will be charged of an extra € 10,00 due to the Logistic and shipment costs;
